Kelvin Domains
Think of the Domains as the “house”—the foundation that supports everything. Each domain represents a core area that is crucial for school improvement or well-being.
We provide “Kelvin Certified Screeners” connected to each domain.

Kelvin Dimensions
Within each domain are dimensions, which are like the rooms within the house. These dimensions provide a more detailed look at specific areas or competencies, helping you identify where progress is being made and where targeted improvements are needed.
Dimensions include CASEL competencies, Sense of belonging, safety, absenteeism, growth mindset, gratitude, and much more.
We provide a diverse question bank of over 1,000 research-validated questions, available in multiple languages. Kelvin has a library of over 1,000 research-validated survey questions drawn from over 40 research-validated survey instruments. Each question is coded with a Kelvin Domain and Dimension. All 1,000 questions are available to be used to create unique pulses that meet the needs of your school community. These questions can be used to create customized “pulse” surveys tailored to the specific needs of your school community.
Kelvin Certified School Climate and Culture Screeners
Kelvin Certified School Climate and Culture Screeners are surveys of eight to sixteen questions that the Kelvin team has curated from our bank of over 1,000 research-validated questions. They can be used to collect beginning-of-year, middle-of-year, and end-of-year data. Between screener delivery, clients deliver pulses to measure the impact of their school’s climate and culture interventions.
